Hashim Khan in Guinness Book of World Records

In year 1958 during the month of April British Open Squash Tournament was played in Lansdowne Club. In the final of this squash tournament Hashim Khan defeated his younger brother ‘Azam Khan’ by 9/7,  6/9,  9/6,  9/7 and became the winner. This victory was Hashim Khan’s 7th success in British Open Squash Tournament and was a new world record.

 
Hashim Khan was the first person from Pakistan whose name was included in Guinness Book of World Records. Hashim is known for his great victory and performance in squash. Such persons like Hashim really a proud for Pakistan and their names would be known forever in the history. He was truly a sports legend of Pakistan and a continuing inspiration for youngsters.
